File launcher.tar.gz contains set of files that allow to run
ab3.pl perl script (addressbook3.tar.gz) as standalone application on Win2k/XP 
box (no need perl distro/modules on the target machine) - to do this
just unpack this file to some folder (preserve folder it contains) and execute 
launcher.exe (first splash screen will be shown).
Notice - launcher.exe is beta and may not work in some circustances - use it
at your own risk.
